We just found out what office we will have. We went through all of the floor plans, where the desks are going to be, and have been lobbying to try to get the committee assignments we’d like during orientation week.

I’m a Blue Dog Democrat so I’ll be meeting with that coalition and I’ll also be meeting with members of the committees that I hope to be a member of. And I’ll be back in my district, talking to my constituents and letting them know the committee assignments I think I’ll have and what are some of their top priorities we might work on.
