It’s a very difficult bill. It’s far better than the blank check requested by Secretary Paulson a week ago, and in my opinion, he and the administration helped get us here and now they’re asking for the authority to help get us out of this problem. I think there’s been significant improvement to the bill, but the whole thing is infuriating.

I think that’s what you’re seeing among all the members of Congress. Recognizing a need to take action, questioning whether this is the right action, and whether these are the right people to take action. We were all in a quandary about it. Will a few more days help, hurt, or do we just need to get things going?

We see big things going on in the market place, whether its Wachovia, Washington Mutual or whatever. For me, I need to know credit is available in Golden, CO and Aurora, CO. It isn’t just something that assists Wall Street. I thought, after listening to a bunch of people, it will benefit credit all the way on Juniper Drive, my street, in Golden, CO.
