American Leadership Project Ad for Clinton

The American Leadership Project, a 527 group that registered with the IRS Feb. 15, released this ad today supporting Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.).

The ad highlight’s Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland’s (D) support for Clinton’s “Economic Blueprint,” and leads with a narrator saying, “If speeches could create jobs, we wouldn’t be facing a recession.”

The group is led by Roger Salazar, formerly President Bill Clinton’s assistant White House press secretary and national spokesman for former Sen. John Edwards’ (D-N.C.) 2004 presidential primary campaign.
