In this video, former Alaska Sen. Mike Gravel (D) said the Democratic leaders in Congress are failing to stand up to President Bush on Iraq.

“Congress is the most powerful institution in the Constitution,” Gravel said. “They think that they can negotiate with George Bush on this subject. I don’t think that’s possible.”
